ROMANTIC ST ELENA CANYON COUPLES SESSION
One of the most popular and highly requested locations to elope or shoot a portrait session is St Elena Canyon. But when Victor and Kim reached out about doing a portrait session here, the location meant more than just an iconic and pretty view: it was the place where they got engaged! I love photographing couples at locations that hold special memories or meaning to them, and getting to shoot this session with them inspired me to try and approach our time at St Elena in a fresh and creative way.
We spent the evening running around the bank of the Rio Grande as dusk settled in and a perfect crescent moon came out. It was such a romantic, candid, and earnest session filled with so much love and tenderness — V & K, thank you for allowing me to document it all.
